Traffic Racer is a free game where you are the driver of a car, and your main objective is to race against other vehicles. It’s all about driving from one point to another as fast as possible. To get maximum effectiveness, you must go over the obstacles placed on the road. The more points you get, the more money you will earn. You can use this money to buy new cars and upgrade them to give them better performance. The game has many levels, so it will not be easy for you to win it, but if you keep trying, you might be able to win it in the end. You can race with other players online or offline and play against each other in different modes, including time trial, regular and story mode etc.
The game is entertaining and addictive. You will enjoy playing it even if you are alone. You can play the game to keep your mind active and have a good time.
Traffic Racer is a game that never ends, as it has no time limits or levels. It allows the player to either save up for a Bugatti and continue playing, spend well-earned in-game money on new wheels or upgrade to their new “bright red” car with a “ubiquitous green” stripe!
Buy a new and better car to earn more money. Because of this, it becomes easier to purchase even better vehicles in the game, which is what drives the entire gaming experience on its own. There’s also a police car that you can buy (in-game currency) that costs 450,000 coins to unlock – an incredibly high price tag! But there’s undoubtedly something mysterious about this mode called “Police chase.” It does take quite a bit of saving up for players who want access to it though
Gameplay:
The gameplay is straightforward, just as you would expect from everything I’ve said so far. On the left side of the screen, you can apply brakes. On the right side of the screen, your accelerator is located.
The car will automatically drive forward, and the accelerator only increases speed while moving in either direction is controlled by tilting your device to the left or right.
Traffic Racer features a variety of modes, including two endless maps that come in the variation of one-way traffic and two-way traffic.
Then we have the time-trial mode, which gives you a short-timer to make as much of a high score and earn some in-game money.
The last mode is called Police Chase and requires you to purchase quite an expensive vehicle in the game with in-game money or microtransactions. You get to play as the police side of things when playing it!
There are a lot of different cars in the game that you can unlock, and many handle them differently. There is also customization for each, with some things having to be opened or purchased as you play more and earn more money.
Tracks come in different colours and textures – which is perfect for a game like this because it offers little more than high scores and relaxation.
Graphics and sound:
Traffic Racer looks good. The graphics are smooth and have a great sense of style to them. The music is also charming, with the sound effects nicely going along with the theme.
Pros:
The game is free to play, so you can play it for as long as you want without spending a dime.
You can customize the vehicles and tracks in the game, with many different options available to unlock or purchase.
There is a time trial mode with a timer to make a high score. The police chase mode is also fun and adds extra points to your overall score.
Cons:
I could find no real cons here, except that the game was not very well received by critics and players alike when it came out. It’s still pretty popular, though, so maybe you’ll enjoy it more than I did!
Conclusion:
Traffic Racer has many features for players to enjoy, though it does have its flaws. However, if you’re looking for an easy-to-play racing game that provides you with some decent competition, then Traffic Racer might be what you’re looking for!
